As your birth doula, I see you as a cherished Sister, never just a client. If you choose to journey with me, we’ll connect deeply throughout your pregnancy — in person, by phone, email, or Zoom — always with heartfelt presence. Included in this offering is my one-to-one Breathe to a Better Birth class, a transformative experience designed to empower you from the inside out.

Together, we’ll explore and release any fears or barriers with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and a soulful fire-burning ritual. We’ll dive into the miracle of birth physiology, the role of hormones, the rhythm of labour, and the power of surrender. You’ll learn how to relax into your experience and trust your body with confidence.

We close our session with a guided meditation — leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and strong.
Throughout your pregnancy, I’ll walk beside you. We’ll refine your birth wishes and ensure you feel deeply supported — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Whether you’re preparing for a natural birth or exploring all your options, everything is welcomed with compassion and without judgment.

As a birth doula in Buckinghamshire, based in Denham and serving all surrounding areas including London, I attend home births, birth centres and hospitals including:

As your dedicated birth doula UK, I’ll be on call for you from 38 weeks, available 24/7. Once active labour begins, I’ll come to you — usually around 3-4cm dilation — and remain by your side for the entire journey, until your baby is safely in your arms.

If your partner is present, I’ll gently support and encourage their involvement, helping them feel empowered and included. Even in clinical settings, I bring softness and sacredness — transforming hospital rooms into nurturing spaces with candlelight (LED), essential oils, gentle affirmations, and a specially curated playlist to set the tone.

After your baby is born, we’ll reconnect in your home. I’ll visit to share in the joy, honour your birth story, and meet your beautiful newborn — usually within the first two weeks postpartum.
